Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

 Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

- The wellbeing of your pet is always top of mind. Because we can’t guarantee the freshness of our products once they’re out of our hands, we’re not able to accept returns for our edible products. Once you’ve spoken to our customer service team, we’ll advise you to pay it forward and donate it to a pup in need.

 A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@vanoirwoofies.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
